Shipping

 

All orders of physical items are made through the We Here Shopify website. We cannot fulfill orders for physical items through our main website (wehere.space).

Please allow at least 3-5 days for us to process orders. Once packages are out for shipping, the carrier may be experiencing delays in delivery also due to COVID-19.

Please note that occasionally in-stock items may be temporarily out-of-stock or backordered. We will make every effort to communicate any shipping delay within 48 hours of your order. We cannot accommodate desired delivery dates at this time.


Returns

All sales of physical products (excludes “services” provided through the Community School or other means of distribution of digital services) purchased online, here or affiliated websites (e.g. Shopify) are final sale due to COVID-19. There are no returns for any physical item purchases at this time.


Lost packages

All purchases made through any We Here websites (including Shopify), social media sites, or other affiliated Services are made pursuant to a shipment contract. A shipping contract indicates that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon We Here’s delivery of such items to the shipping carrier.

You are responsible for filing any claims with the applicable carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments. If your package gets lost in transit we will do everything we can to help you. We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.

We highly recommend choosing a delivery address that you trust.
