Requirements: We require minimum starting salary or hourly rate in a dollar amount for posting, no exceptions.

Pricing: Cost is per job. We offer a tiered pricing structure, but there is no difference in service between the tiers. The highest tier, lowest tier, and everything in between receive the same exact service. See more information about pricing in the full terms of service below.

Turnaround for Posting: We Here will make all attempts to post your opportunity to our Job Member Area within 7 business days from the time of submission. Business days exclude U.S.A. Federal holidays as well as 12/24, 12/26, and 1/2 of every year. Additionally, We Here breaks for a longer term December through January during which orders are not fulfilled. Exact dates are announced annually for breaks.

Submission of Multiple Jobs: Please submit each opportunity individually; do not adjust the quantity of your order. To add one opportunity: Choose your tier; fill out the form that pops up; add to Cart. Repeat for all jobs. Then check out by navigating to the Cart icon and the upper right corner.

Information Required from Employer for Submission

Upon purchase, you will be asked to complete a form with the following information (all information is required unless otherwise noted):

Private Information (For We Here Only, Not Made Public):

• Your phone number in case we have an issue with your listing and cannot contact you by email (our email is often blocked by organizational email addresses)

What Types of Jobs Should Be Submitted? Who is the audience?

Our community is generally seeking jobs related to or within libraries and archives (public, academic, corporate, for- and non-profit, government, K-12, law, medical, museum, technology, or special); technology; design; diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives; project management; and administration.

The skills of library and archives workers are transferrable for many professions, especially those that require research, project and program management, user experience, communication and outreach, knowledge organization and more.

Our audience is global, with the majority residing in the United States and Canada, with a growing population interested in residing in a different country.

Turnaround Time and Member Access

We Here will make all attempts to add your job to our Job Member Area within 7 business days from the time of submission. Business days exclude US Federal holidays, 12/24, 12/26, 1/2 of every year.

After posting to our Job Member Area, we will mark your order as complete, which will prompt an email notifying you of your completed order. If we have any issues posting your job, we will reach out to you.

A newsletter goes out bi-weekly to almost 400 subscribers with new job postings. Additionally, members can access the listings on a webpage for a period of 60 days per job.

Pricing and Employer Access Note

Pricing is tier-based and the decision of which tier you pay is left entirely to those purchasing. Our lowest tier is lower than most job boards because employers do not get access to our Job Member Area. The We Here Job Member Area is a private webpage, authenticated by password. Close to 400 people subscribe to a newsletter we send out with new job postings bi-weekly.

Also, we represent no obligations to provide further details, including any invoices or screenshots, of any portion of the Job Member Area once successfully posted. Successful posting is completed by acceptance of these Terms and payment for the listing.

Please read these Job Member Area Terms of Service ("Terms of Service", "Terms", “Agreement”) carefully before using our Job Member Area [https://www.wehere.space/submit-a-job] operated by We Here, LLC (“We Here,” "Us", “We", "Our"). You, as an Account Holder, are bound by these specific Terms in addition to the terms of our general website [https://www.wehere.space/]. In the case of conflicting terms, these specific Terms and Agreement shall govern any activity in connection with the Job Member Area.

These Terms are a binding contract between you and We Here. The Terms establish your rights and obligations for posting job listings in our Job Member Area, and any breach of the Terms will terminate your rights to postings within the Job Member Area and any rights to usage of certain areas of the website. We Here’s website and Job Member Area shall not be used for any illegal or unlawful purposes. We Here reserves the sole discretion to determine if an account holder has engaged questionably with us.

Under these Terms, We Here only grants access to this Job Member Area and does not grant usage or rights to any of our other products or services, including, where applicable, services listed subject to the general website terms of service [https://www.wehere.space/terms-of-service]. 

Conditions of Use

Your usage and access of the Job Member Area is limited to the purchase of a one time 60-day subscription to post one job listing in the Job Member Area. Outside of the ability to list a job posting, you will not have access to the Job Member Area itself. We represent no obligations to provide further details, including any invoices or screenshots, of any portion of the Job Member Area once successfully posted. Successful posting is completed by acceptance of these Terms and payment for the listing.

By such usage and access to our Job Member Area, you are agreeing to these Terms, which have been made apparently available to you and which are you are affirmatively acknowledging by moving forward with your activity as an Account Holder. Upon access of our Job Member Area and website, you are certifying that you have read and reviewed this Agreement and that you agree to comply with all of its terms. You may terminate your rights and obligations in the future after requesting removal of your job postings. To do request removal, please use our Contact Form [https://www.wehere.space/contact]. 

User Accounts

As an Account Holder and user of this Job Member Area and website, you may be asked to register with us and provide private information. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of this information, and you are responsible for maintaining the safety and security of your identifying information. 

You shall not enter data that belongs to another user or company, including listing anyone else’s job opportunities. The only exception is if you represent an ad agency or third-party recruitment service with explicit permission from the posting organization’s behalf to list their job posting.

You are also responsible for all of your actions in connection with the Job Member Area. Subject to our Privacy Policy [https://www.wehere.space/privacy-policy], you are responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password. You agree not to access, collect, record, alter or interfere with account data that does not belong to you.

We reserve all rights to terminate accounts and to edit or remove information related to any account. We also maintain the right to determine payment refunds at our sole discretion in accordance with these Terms.

Job Postings

All submissions to We Here for the listing of job postings from you or your organization are subject to our job payment description as listed on our website in connection with listing job postings. We reserve the right to change the requirements from time to time for any new subscriptions. These current requirements include that you list a dollar salary amount if the job is for full-time employment or list a dollar hourly amount if the job is for part-time or contract employment. We reserve the right to request changes to or reject job postings at our sole discretion. Although your listing may be included in other mediums such as newsletters to our members, we do not guarantee any replications or publications of your postings outside of the 60-day subscription for your one job posting within the Job Member Area.

During the submission process, in the event of a technical malfunction such as system outages or internet failures, We Here cannot be held liable for such unanticipated situations. However, we will do all that is possible to upload your listing to be listed for the 60-day subscription term. Further posting days requires a new payment subscription through Job Member Area.

Payments

Upon submitting your job posting, a payment for the listing must also be made by you. These payments are subject to our current payment options as listed on our website in connection with job listings. All payments must be made either through automated clearinghouse (ACH) transfers (contact us to be invoiced for this option) or by credit or debit card. These options for payment will be made available to after your agreement to these Terms. 

Links to Other Sites

Our Job Member Area and website may contain links to other websites operating by third parties. We Here does not endorse or assume any responsibility over those other websites, including any of their content, information, or activities.

Privacy Policy

We Here takes care to protect your company data, job listings, and identifiable information related to your use of this Job Member Area. In adherence to the Data Protection Act of 1998, we will not sell, distribute, or lease your identifying information to any third parties without your permission, unless required by law. This Agreement is governed by our Privacy Policy [https://www.wehere.space/privacy-policy] regarding our user data collection. 

Intellectual Property

All published job postings on the website – and materials, products, and services provided on this website – are the property of We Here. This includes any images displaying trademark name, logos, copyrights, trade secrets, patents, and other intellectual property. You agree that you will not use, reproduce, redistribute, or forward to others any of this property in any way, including electronically or digitally.

You grant We Here a royalty-free and non-exclusive license to display, use, copy, transmit, and broadcast the content you submit, upload, and/or publish to the Job Member Area. Regarding intellectual property claims, inquiries can be made using our Contact Form [https://www.wehere.space/contact].

Representation

In using this Job Member Area, you represent and warrant that any and all information you provide to and in connection with the Job Member Area is true and accurate. This includes any information related to you, your organization, and information specific to your job posting(s). By posting a job through our Job Member Area, you assume all responsibility for other parties or their affiliates in their direct or indirect interactions with you or their reliance on your information. 

Any activities outside of submitting job listings for the purpose of fairly soliciting and hiring our members is prohibited. You may not use the Job Member Area with the intent to or to contribute to hurting, damaging, destroying, or otherwise infringing on the stability and usefulness of We Here’s operations and its associated members’ welfare. 

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify We Here and its affiliates and hold We Here harmless against legal claims and demands that may arise from your use or misuse of our services. This Agreement does not bind any third party outside of you and your organization.  We reserve the right to select our own legal counsel in the case of any dispute between you, your affiliates, and We Here.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute related in any way to your visit to this website or to products you purchase from us shall be arbitrated by state or federal court overseeing the laws of the State of Maryland, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Limitation on Liability

We Here is not liable for any damages that may occur to you as a result of your actions in contribution to misuse of our Job Member Area and website.

We Here reserves the right to edit, modify, and change this Agreement from time to time with written notice to you through electronic mail. Your continued use of the portal without requesting removal will involve a continuing agreement between you and We Here to these Terms and any of its amendments in the future. 

Applicable Law

By visiting this website, you agree that the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to principles of conflict laws, will govern these terms and conditions, or any dispute of any sort that might come between We Here and you.
